Braxton Miller to sit out against Florida AM

OSU won, 42-7.Credit: Shelby Lum / Photo editorOhio State junior quarterback Braxton Miller will miss his second consecutive game Saturday versus Florida A&M after suffering an MCL sprain in his left knee versus San Diego State on Sept. 7, an OSU spokesman confirmed.Redshirt-senior Kenny Guiton, who was named Walter Camp Offensive Player of the Week after completing 21 of 32 passes for 276 yards and four touchdowns and rushing for 92 yards on 14 attempts in the Buckeyes’ 52-34 win against California, will start his second consecutive game in Miller’s place.Miller was injured on the first possession of the Buckeyes’ 42-7 win against SDSU. He has completed 17 of 24 passes for 208 yards and two touchdowns, and has rushed for 82 yards on 18 attempts in parts of two games this season.Guiton has completed 41 of 61 passes for 449 yards for seven touchdowns this season, and has rushed for 181 yards and a touchdown on 24 attempts.The Buckeyes are looking to improve to 4-0 against Florida A&M (1-2), which is scheduled for a noon kickoff Saturday.
