Lino Cervar denies talks with Croatia: I have a big respect to Macedonia

first_imgShareTweetShareShareEmailCommentsLino Cervar and Croatia is one of the most interesting topic of all handball lovers in Europe these days. The 66-years old coach of RK Metalurg and Macedonian handball team, who made the biggest results on Croatian bench in period 2002-2010, is candidate No.1 for successor of Zeljko Babic, according Croatian media. However, Cervar denied any official negotiations with Croatian Handball Federation:I have a big respect to my club RK Metalurg and boss Minco Jordanov, as well for Macedonian Handball Federation and president Zivko Mukaetov. It will be shameful from point of view of 66-years old man with 40 years of coaching experience to offer myself to Croatia. In any case, I would firstly speak with Macedonians. There were no official contacts with Croats – said Cervar, who pointed that “Croatia is his first country, Macedonia second home”. PHOTO: SEHA, Jozo Cabraja Click to comment Leave a Reply Cancel replyYour email address will not be published.Comment Name Email Website Save my name, email, and website in this browser for the next time I comment.
