Letterkenny Hospital is second most overcrowded in Ireland today

first_imgThe Emergency Department at Letterkenny Univerity Hospital is extremely busy again today as 46 sick patients are waiting on beds.LUH is the second most overcrowded hospital in the country today, according to Trolley Watch figures by the Irish Nurses and Midwives Organisation.As of this morning, there were seven people awaiting admission on trolleys and 36 waiting in overflow wards. This is the third day in a row that the hospital has been the second most overcrowded ED.
